ProHCM is excited to announce the addition of Mark Leeds as Executive Vice President. Leeds comes to ProHCM after spending over 25 years in the employee benefits industry with a significant portion of that time in the benefits technology space. Leeds will be responsible for building out the partnership channel through employee benefits brokers and HR consulting firms.

Leeds will leverage his experience with growing businesses and building partnerships as ProHCM raises capital to expand services and distribution throughout the U.S. and continues its mission of creating a better world in HR.

Leeds brings a diverse background to ProHCM including working in sales and management on both the carrier and broker sides. He first entered the benefits technology space in 1999 with BenefitPoint where he developed relationships with some of the most prestigious employee benefits firms around the country. Most recently, he was the VP of Business Development for IBX Broker Solutions, a data management and outsourcing solutions partner for employee benefits brokers. He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and earned his AB from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME.
